The BW version…….
I couldn’t decide whether to go with the colored version or the BW version. I really like the BW because it has that 50s era look, and it is an era that I love for fashion photography. I think the colored version looks more modern. It really is a toss up.
Nikon D700, 85mm 1.4G Nikkor, SB800 Flash, SB600 Flash, 2 umbrellas, white roller blind behind for background, silver reflector below the elbows for light into the face as the hat can block the light.

I think it fits the 50’s – 60’s era better. Plus I just like the look:)
Thank you Linda! I keep going back and forth. I printed both 4 x 6 just to see whether one prints better than the other, and still have the same dilemma. The BW definitely looks more like the 50s though and has an edge in elegance.
